Roles and Responsibilities :

Computer skills – MS office, Auto cadTime study, Line balancing, Efficiency improvementKnowledge of W/H Manufacturing process. Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control PlanPreparation of plant layout as per the manufacturing sequenceCalculation of standard time based on the customer dataCapacity Analysis based on the customer demandProduct realizationECN ImplementationDevelopment of required tooling for project implementationCo-ordination will team for project implementationKnowledge of Bill of Materials preparationProject planning & implementationPreparation of reports (Daily, Monthly). Knowledge of budgetKnowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPCKnowledge on VA/VE Activities. Knowledge of quality basic toolsBasic knowledge on SAP.

Educational Qualification            : Diploma Electrical / Mechanical

Language                                        : English, Hindi, Gujarati Etc.                   

Working experience                     : Min 3 years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry.
