Job Responsibilities :

1. Monitor and maintain the health of servers, networks, and cloud
services.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and
environments.
3. Deploy and configure software applications with guidance from senior
engineers.
4. Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operational
tasks.
5. Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
6. Collaborate with teams to deploy and operate new technologies and
systems.
7. Support during maintenance windows and respond promptly to incidents.
8. Document operational processes, procedures, and configurations.
9. Support automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 critical system support.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

2 - 6 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Understand basic IT infrastructure and operations.
2. Use scripting languages like Python and Bash.
3. Know networking protocols and technologies.
4. Familiarize with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
5. Apply understanding of version control systems like Git.
6. Understand Linux or Unix systems administration and networking.
7. Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
