JEFC Manager overseas all operations within a warehouse style setting. Ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods by managing inventory levels, coordinating the receiving process with multiple donors and vendors. Supervising and recruiting a volunteer staff, maintaining safety standards while optimizing space and equipment usage to meet operational goals. All while under the standards of a non-profit organization.  Required skills for JEFC Manager: Leadership skills: Ability to motivate volunteers and mange he team effectively. Organizational skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and maintain order in a fast-paced environment. Technical skills: Proficiency with food pantry and retail store systems and related standards of a non-profit organization. Communication skills: Clear communication with staff, volunteers, donors, vendors and other departments. Problem-Solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the JEFC and other ASYMCA programs that may have reoccurring issues. Divers License requirements: Need to be able to drive a delivery van and transport goods on and off Fort Bliss. Some military familiarity: Access to a military installations are not required but is a plus.
