Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and social platforms to ensure effective information flow within the organization.Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.Collaborate with various departments and act as a liaison between operations and Marketing to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication and engagement efforts and propose improvements based on feedback and metrics.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in engagement and communication.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, human resources, or related field.Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles. Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.Ability to manage resources and budgetsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to align communication initiatives with organizational goals.Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative engagement and communication strategies.Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.Knowledge of Canva and power point is a plus.
