Junior Executive Assistant, 12 Month FTC

**Job summary:**
The Junior Team Assistant will provide support to four executives within the Workforce Solutions and Global Enterprise Sales teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in a large team and collaborating with senior executives and Executive Assistants across multiple divisions is encouraged.
This is a dynamic, full-time role that requires an ambitious, driven individual who can maintain flexibility in a constantly changing executive landscape. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to our company culture, embody our values, and exhibit a "can-do" attitude in interactions with individuals at all levels.
This role is hybrid, and occasional travel to our Hoboken, NJ office will be required. Given the geographically dispersed nature of our business, some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones and business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Meeting and Calendar Management** : Assist in scheduling and rescheduling meetings for the leadership team, confirming availability for all participants, and ensuring that meetings are set up based on priorities. This also includes managing team "out-of-office" (OOO) schedules.
+ **Travel Bookings** : Assist with travel bookings and itinerary coordination for the leadership team. Attention to detail is key to ensuring itineraries are optimized for maximum productivity. The role will involve seamless communication and follow-up during travel to ensure that leaders stay connected to critical business needs.
+ **Expense Reports** : Support the submission and tracking of expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and receipt management.
+ **Event Support** : Provide logistical support for on-site events, ensuring smooth operations and preparation of all required materials and attendee coordination.
+ **Administrative and Technical Support** : Assist with basic administrative tasks such as making calls, sending reminders, and updating documentation to streamline daily activities for the leadership team.
+ **General Coordination** : Manage operational tasks that require attention to detail, such as organizing files, preparing presentation materials, and handling ad-hoc requests across the team.
**Qualification & Skills:**
+ Experience:
+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, global organization supporting senior staff.
+ A self-starter with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
+ Ability to juggle multiple activities, tasks, time zones, and cultures
+ Digitally savvy, with experience in enterprise systems (expenses, travel, MS Office).
+ Skills:
+ Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
+ Strong discretion and judgment, especially when managing sensitive and confidential information.
+ Passionate about helping people make progress through learning

**What to expect from Pearson**
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The full-time salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000.
