Junior Field Service Engineer
The Junior Field Service Engineer is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance and documentation to internal and external customers.
What you will do:
Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker productsComplete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer siteUtilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical informationAssist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action noticesFulfil Service contracts with planned maintenancesSupport Installation of Stryker systems on customer site Perform Software & Hardware UpgradesEfficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external referenceEnsure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting toolsProvide technical support to Internal and external customersEscalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetingsEnsure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issuesEnsure service provided is invoiced if not under warrantyCompetencies:

Required:
Educational background in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) in SwedishGood level of English to be able to understand trainings and manuals, in writing and speakingAdequate IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook) Full Driver’s licenseAbility to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyaltyPreferred:
