The Finance team is engaged in various high-impact cross-organizational activities and has a strong presence at all crucial decision-making junctions.

We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsCollaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results, as well as with business and functional teams to provide various recommendations Developing and delivering reporting and analysis packages to senior managementTracking and monitoring various KPIs used to drive business efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business management/Industrial Engineering. An MBA is an advantage.Two years of experience as a financial or data/business analyst- An advantage. Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detailsExcellent English skills – writing and verbal.Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendationsExcellent knowledge of ExcelExperience working with ERP systems and BI tools (such as Tableau)
