We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexito City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the Tamarindo office.
As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial decision-making processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, providing insights and analysis that drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
We will count on you to:
Review and analyze basic financial planning information and reports to support decision-making.Support the month-end close process by reviewing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports, developing a comprehensive understanding of our P&L structure, and analyzing variances to forecast, budget, and prior year.Extract data from MMC’s data warehouse to support key strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.Assist in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, including charts, graphs, and econometric models.Research, identify, and explain expense and operational variances to highlight areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Sciences.2-5 years of experience in the FP&A process and multicultural relationships with executive roles, particularly in the US, Mexico, India, and the UK.Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle and Essbase is preferred.Proficiency in Advanced English.What makes you stand out:
