Currently, for our office in Kraków, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Junior Accountant in the General Ledger Department (temporary contract).

Data Entry and Verification:Enter financial data into the accounting system with accuracy.Verify and reconcile data by cross-referencing sources and documents.Filing and Documentation:Organize and maintain physical or digital files related to financial transactions.Ensure proper documentation for journal entries, invoices, and other records.Supporting Month-End and Year-End Close:Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processesPrepare basic balance sheet reconciliations and help resolve any discrepancies.Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.Provide basic insights based on financial data to support decision-making.

What you need to succeed:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related fieldSkills:Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Good analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Desired Qualities:Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.Adaptability and proactive attitude.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
