**Responsibilities**
The position will focus on managing competitive market information for one of our global clients, in collaboration with the Global Research Manager, in order to extract relevant insights for business decision making. You will liaise with a major beauty & luxury brand, leading the market category worldwide.
How you'd spend your day:
+ Reporting and collaborating directly with the Global Research Manager.
+ Coordinate markets and gathering the information from each of them.
+ Supervision and consolidation of collected competitive information.
+ Guide markets on best practices for competitive analysis.
+ Analyze social media post metrics.
+ Collaboration in the creation of presentations and reports for the client.
+ Collaborate closely with the team's intern.
+ Utilizing various research methodologies and data analysis, to gather insights into market trends and competitive analysis.
+ Analyzing and interpreting data to generate insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research and advertising.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, …).
+ 1-2 years of professional experience in similar positions (ideally as an analyst or media planner in a media agency).
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
+ Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in research methodologies and reporting.
+ Experience with media analysis tools (Kantar Media, Infoadex, GFK DAM, EGM, etc..) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Have a good level in English (C1) and native Spanish level.
+ Enthusiastic and energetic team player.
