Junior Global Payments Specialist
DescriptionWe’re seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented person who’s eager to grow their skills and take on an exciting challenge as our new Junior Global Payments Specialist. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of processing payments across the world — working with various payment methods while ensuring everything runs smoothly in line with local and international standards.
You’ll also get the chance to work closely with some of the world’s most recognized banks and payment service providers. Along the way, you’ll build a solid understanding of banking products, e-wallets, card transactions, and important compliance processes like AML.
Type of contract: Employment
Type of Work: Hybrid (1 day in the office/week)
What you’ll do:\nProcess domestic and international payments using our internal system, resolving any issues that come up along the way. \nWork with bank account files in .csv and .xlsx formats.\nHandle Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer/Bank Secrecy Act inquiries from Payment Service Providers.\nCooperate closely with other AirHelp departments to improve internal processes and enhance the customer experience.\n

\n\nFluency in English ( spoken and written).\nA degree in finance (or equivalent) and some work experience in the area.\nA good command of MS Office package.\n A sharp eye for detail and a natural curiosity to keep learning — about finance, payments, and even the airline industry!\n The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.\n
