(Junior) Health Economist
**About The Role** : Join our dynamic team as a passionate and eager Health Scientist and contribute to the development of healthcare initiatives. We're particularly interested in candidates at the start of their career or with some experience (1-3 years) in research, ideally in Health Economics/Health Technology Assessment. **Responsibilities** : + Create materials and services for Health Economics Outcomes Research, including health technology assessment submissions, research, health economic modelling, evidence synthesis, and value communication reports. + Develop and/or adapt cost-effectiveness and budget impact models for our diverse range of clients, including governmental bodies, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare professionals. + Ensure timely completion of projects or project components for clients in the life sciences field. + Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, such as setting up and conducting expert (Delphi) panels. + Draft scientific reports and proposals, prepare abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts for health economics and RWE projects for scientific conferences or journals. + Collaborate closely with a diverse team of peers, project managers, and subject matter experts. + Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities and contribute to the business development process. **Required Skills & Experience** : + Strong numeracy and quantitative skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and/or statistical packages (e.g., Stata, R). + Ability to tackle loosely defined problems analytically and apply pragmatic and logical problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. + Strong desire to work in a consulting environment and help clients find solutions to their problems. + Master's degree in health science, epidemiology, (health) economics, mathematics, or statistics with 1-3 years of experience. + Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Dutch. **Location:** Zaventem **What We Offer** : At our company, we understand that meaningful outcomes are a result of the right approach and the right people.
