Junior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist with Spanish (remote in Poland)

We are looking for a Junior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to support our HR operations for the Spanish market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in HR administration, payroll processes, and employee support. Additionally, you will act as a backup for Tier 1 HR support, assisting employees with general HR inquiries.  

What you'll be doing:

HR Administration & Payroll (Spanish market): Support payroll preparation by collecting and reviewing payroll data for accuracy.   Collaborate with payroll providers and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws.   Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, benefits, absences, time tracking etc.).  Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.  Employee Support (Tier 1 Backup):   Serve as a first point of contact for employees, addressing basic HR-related questions.   Support HR systems (Workday exposure is a plus) to assist employees with self-service tasks.   Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate HR team members.  Compliance & Reporting:  Ensure HR policies and processes align with Spanish labour regulations.   Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.  

What we need from you:

1-2 years of experience in HR administration and/or payroll, preferably with Spanish market exposure will be a huge asset.  Familiarity and interest with Spanish labour laws and payroll processes.  Experience with HRIS systems (Workday exposure is a plus).  Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.  Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.  Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English (Polish is not required but can be a plus).
