This is a 6 month FTC covering an internal secondment during a period of change within the organisation.

My client is looking for a HR Generalist who has had some exposure to business partnering within a fast-paced environment.

This person will provide generalist HR support, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and working closely with managers and employees to address HR-related needs.

Employee relations Recruitment, onboarding and induction Supporting with business strategies Culture and engagement Coaching and mentoring managers Supporting the wider business with adhoc duties

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred for this role.
