Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.This role is temporary.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.You will be mainly accountable for:• Overseeing civil law contracts to ensure all engagements are legally sound, contributing to the company’s compliancewith legal standards.• Facilitating the recruitment process by liaising with candidates and collecting necessary documents, which is crucial forefficient and timely onboarding.• Maintaining personnel records with utmost confidentiality, playing a key role in protecting employee privacy and data integrity.• Coordinating health examinations and medical referrals, ensuring employee well-being and compliance with occupational health requirements.

Qualifications for the role

You are highly skilled in organizational management and enjoy working with detail-oriented tasks within the human resources industry.You have established skills in communication and interpersonal relations, with experience in creating effective team environments.You are highly adept in navigating Polish labor laws and regulations, which is a significant asset in the legal compliance domain.You are passionate about meticulous attention to detail and innovative in organizational strategies.You have a degree in Human Resources or Law, or proven experience in employee relations and legal compliance. You are at ease communicating in Polish and English, which is essential for the role.
