In this versatile role, you will manage a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth flow of import and export operations while driving continuous improvement in lead times, costs, and service performance. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor and follow up daily on the status of import and export shipments. + Conduct monthly performance analyses of freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. + Identify and report issues or situations that may impact product availability for the organization. + Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives for the import and export function. + Perform quarterly analyses of lead times and transit times for inbound and outbound shipments. + Prepare and present monthly reports on departmental performance results. + Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction and lead time optimization. **What We're Looking For** **Requirements** + Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and KPIs. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. + Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. + Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. + Knowledge of international trade processes and documentation is an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. + Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics management tools. + Background in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
