What is the job about?
The PIB Services Inside Sales team is responsible for generating services revenue, through contacting existing HP customers and upselling aftermarket services.
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our PIB Services inside sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
Your responsibilities:
Contact existing customers. Generate interest for the aftermarket services portfolio (phone, email, video call) and achieve goals by generating signed deals from targeted account prospecting.
Keep the ground planning up to date by regularly contacting accounts and identifying stakeholders.
Follow- up on targeted campaigns.
Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using HP’s CRM.
Maintain close contact with country sales and services teams to follow up on deals.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Maintaining a database of current customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
What do we expect?
Bachelor’s or master’s degree recently obtained in areas of studies as business administration, supply chain, finance, accounting, or related areas.
German native speaker with excellent English or English native speaker with excellent German. Spanish is nice to have.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Great active listening skills.

Foundational understanding of sales process.
