Junior Instock Manager, Amazon Fresh

Amazon Fresh is looking for a talented and driven JR Instock Manager to develop Fresh Supply Chain for Italy and Spain, aimed at improving the way Italian and Spanish customers buy Consumables/Grocery products online.
As a JR Instock Manager you will define and implement action plans to boost efficiency, and the overall performance, over the assortment availability to customers and its related shrink. You will monitor success metrics on a daily basis, and ensure that customer experience can reach the highest level, in the most efficient manner. Collaborating with key retail functions such as Vendor Management, Operations and Product Managers, your role will focus on crucial business areas:
- Availability: Contributing to a high customer satisfaction by managing product availability and stock in our fulfillment center.
- Operational Excellence: Drive supply-chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects and lead times and improving supply chain processes.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable diving deep into detail and driving business decisions in a high pressure and often ambiguous work environment, challenging the status quo to improve existing processes and customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
· Manage large scale data to drive decision making
· Develop tailored process and mechanism, on the assortment hygiene, to improve product availability and minimize shrink
· Drive process improvement opportunities, with a special focus on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors and operations teams.
· Manage senior stakeholders from different teams (from retail to tech), being able to influence others.
· Manage large scale data to drive decision making;
