The Junior Interior Designer / Interior Designer will work with the Wolf Design manager on design and design & build projects for across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability The Junior Interior Designer / Interior Designer will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative and technical design support of both design and design & build of a project. Plans and conducts evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard design techniques and procedures on a project. Builds client relationship and supports the Wolf Pack **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain high standard in design documentation, pitch documents + Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design support delivery. + Day to day responsibility as supporting role for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation. + Coordinates activities of team engaged in preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications. + Coordinates with outside vendor in material resource and selection for project + Develop high quality design specifications and tender documenting + Develop of construction and furnishings documentations + Assist and support the design team in delivering of project and design pitch presentation documents + Daily contact with the client for all project design related matters, manage client requests to ensure we are providing an exemplary service to our customers, and assist with building client relations. + Assemble presentations and "leave behinds" when pursuing new projects. + Perform other related duties as and when required. + Learn CBRE’s proprietary design and planning tools. **Required Knowledge & Skills:** + Experience with workplace interiors + Experience with interior design specifications + Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite + 1-2yr+ years in design industry with relevant experience + Fresh Grads are welcome to apply CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
