You will be using state-of-the-art software tools to develop design, drawings and reports for transportation infrastructure in AB and elsewhere. Most days will be office-based, but could also include bridge inspection or construction field review. You will be working alongside a team of professionals with a diverse range of experience in a highly supportive environment. Collaboration and mentorship are the cornerstones of our approach and ensure that you are an important member of a rewarding and successful project. **What you’ll bring to WSP:** + An undergraduate degree in civil engineering with structural specialty from an accredited university; + Experience in structural analysis and design of new and existing bridges; + Existing or eligibility for P.Eng status with APEGA; + Experience with structural analysis software used in bridge design such as CSIBridge, MIDAS, etc; + Expertise in the planning, preliminary and detailed design, and construction of bridges of standard and complex geometry, and culverts; + A thorough knowledge of current bridge design codes and standards (CSA:S6 in particular); + Experience with inspection, assessment and rehabilitation of existing structures; + Experience with field review and inspection during construction; + Effective communication and interpersonal skills; and + A team player attitude with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with team members. **WSP** is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
