Key Responsibilities:

 

Support the valuation process of growth venture portfolio in close collaboration with other functions within AZX (e.g. investment team) Support in the onboarding of new investment strategies from a valuation perspective (e.g. hybrid loans, derivatives) Act as sparring partner for the investment team to critically monitor and evaluate the development of the business model and financial performance of the individual portfolio companies Close collaboration with the finance and controlling teams of portfolio companies, Allianz X internal Investment Accounting and deal team as well as Allianz Group Preparation of benchmarking analysis at portfolio level Support in preparing the management reporting and quarterly reporting to Allianz stakeholders Ad hoc projects on valuation, planning, IFRS reporting and accounting topics

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program Ideally 1-2 years of relevant professional experience First class internship experience preferably in the areas of corporate finance, valuation or investment controlling Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style A high level of motivation, excellent communication skills and strong team spirit Written and oral proficiency in German and English required
