What success looks like in this role:
Please note that this role requires working in on-call (24x7) on rotation.
Client Support:
Work towards achieving high levels of client satisfaction by providing support for the products and solutions you’ll be trained on.
Address questions about installation, configuration, and customization, occasionally consulting with others as needed.
Respond promptly to basic technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Problem Solving:
Reproduce reported L1/L2 problems to better understand and resolve them.
Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
Escalate more complex issues to senior analysts when needed, ensuring the client’s concerns are addressed.
Build your expertise in the products and solutions you support by working on structured assignments and solving routine problems.
Participate in researching and resolving more complex issues under supervision.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with your team to ensure smooth support operations.
Develop an awareness of new services and products, contributing ideas for improvement.
Engage in billable client projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requires a finished Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and no previous experience.
Basic understanding of mainframe OS or relevant OS support and DB concepts.
Willingness to work in on-call support as needed in a rotation (24x7 availability).
Language requirement: fluent English and Hungarian are mandatory
Good analytical skills – detail oriented.
Good communication skills.
Good to have COBOL, Algol programming knowledge & Operating system Administration knowledge.
Ability to travel occasionally in Europe.
