Key responsibilities:
To act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from IT customers regarding IT issues and queries.To act as first line support – troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers.To escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes.Managing new joiners and the leavers process.Setting up company equipment.To provide basic in-house training for users.

We are seeking an individual who has a passion for IT and a desire to develop their skills within our Company. You will be an avid problem-solver, technically capable and have a passion to fix things. The post-holder will be a strong communicator, perhaps with experience in a customer facing role.
