Job Opening: Junior IT Tooling Coordinator

Overview:

Are you a driven organizer who not only understands the world of ITIL and Configuration Management but is also excited about improving and managing service processes? Then we have an exciting role for you! As a Junior IT Tooling Coordinator, you will play a central role in managing IT tools and supporting our service processes, including systems like Operations Management.

Your Responsibilities:

Keep stakeholders informed and up-to-date on project progress with a focus on ITIL processes, IT tooling, and service automation. Coordinate and track tasks within Configuration Management, ensuring timely execution by the team. Actively participate in and support ITIL processes such as incident management, change management, and configuration management. Assist in the development, integration, and eventual phase-out of IT tools like Control IT to support our service processes. Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain IT solutions within the framework of our service processes. Suggest improvements in tooling and processes to enhance service delivery efficiency. As the role evolves, you may become involved with systems like Works (an internal tool for managing and optimizing service processes).

What You Bring:

A completed bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field. Experience and/or knowledge of ITIL processes, configuration management, and service management systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate effective workflows. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach. Experience with project coordination and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.
