What impact you’ll make?
You will have an important role in the Lean transformation of the factory by designing fixtures and machines manufactured in-house for our planned and existing lines. Besides designing, real experiments also awaiting you to learn from differences of hypothesis and real life, accelerating your learning curve.

Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doDesign fixtures for machinesDesign equipment for lines manufactured by in-house Kaizen teamCooperate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production and Suppliers to get common agreementsPurchase necessary parts of designed fixtures and equipment and follow-up ordersTake part in assembling of designed fixtures and equipmentStandardize, develop tooling and fixturing to improve manufacturing technologiesLearn from modifications to fixtures and equipment by experiments and adjust drawings accordinglyCooperate with KPO Team to finalize and adjust designsOrganize all created drawings to get quick accessTake part in Action Workouts and Process Improvement projectsParticipate to improve manufacturing layout/flow analysis/machine needsBring new ideas and positive support to the current process and technology

What you’ll bringFinished/Ongoing Technical Engineering degree (BSc or MSc), preferably mechanicalManufacturing/production experience is an advantageExperience in CAD and 3D modellingFluent in HungarianBasic communication in EnglishNX CAD/CAM/CAE knowledge is a mustKnowledge of Lean tools (5S, Standardization, A3 Problem solving, …) is an advantage
