We're seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of financial projects, develop your management experience, and contribute to the financial health of our global media operations. This is a pivotal role within a globally recognized organization that values innovation and collaboration. You will also be part of a supportive team culture with opportunities for professional growth and career progression with exposure to a comprehensive view of company operations, enhancing your business acumen. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare full monthly management accounts for two Global Media HQ entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. + Execute headcount and salary reconciliations, and manage monthly journal postings. + Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations using Blackline, maintaining high standards of financial integrity. + Own the rolling forecasts and annual budgeting processes to support strategic financial planning. + Raise purchase orders and invoices, with support from the management accounting team. + Collaborate with team leads on travel and expense (T&E) reporting. + Manage the Work in Progress (WIP) account, ensuring accurate records and analyses. **Qualifications** + Experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in budget preparation and P&L forecasting. + Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analytics. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. + Candidate should have exposure to management accountats, includig reviewing P&L's, journal entries and balance sheets. **Additional information** Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with full time employees being office-based three days during the working week.
