You will support to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by contributing to the Record-to-Report end-to-end process workstream

Together with the Senior Manager of your stream, you will take on a supporting role, understanding and mastering the individual processes, in order to moderate between the ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner

Together, you will steer and orchestrate necessary external consulting support within your workstream

You support in the alignment of your workstream progress with the senior manager of your stream, ensuring effective planning, implementation and improvement measures of your workstream and thus make a significant contribution to the overall project success

Participate in conducting functional tests, validating process configurations, and implementing strategies to increase on-time payments and reduce accounts receivable outstanding. 

Collaborate with global teams to support the roll-in of SAP S/HANA across various business units, aligning with the strategic objectives set by the Senior Manager

Your profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study

1 to 3 years of experience in a business process role e.g. financial reporting, preferably with exposure to SAP or any other ERP system

Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or an equivalent ERP system is a plus

Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of end-to-end business processes

First experience in driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement-related environment

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with change communication skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
