We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Manager Global Retail Business Systems & Operations (m/f/d) to support our team.
What you can expect:
\n\tSupport the Product Owner in our Omnichannel Project, in meetings and exchanges with internal departments.\n\tAssist with market introduction or rollout of defined requirements in the area of retail.\n\tWork on developments, strategic processes and their optimization within the retail environment.\n\tSupport and execute end-user tests including documentation, in close collaboration with global business departments and IT.\n\tDevelop and deliver training documentation, and train end-user.\n\tCollaborate closely with our global markets and teams.\n\tCommunicate and coordinate globally with various stakeholders.\n\tProvide end-user support of the rolled out tools at an international level.\n
Your profile:
\n\tSuccessfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification\n\tExperience in implementation of analytical tasks and rollouts as well as project management incl. agile methods\n\tPractical experience, ideally in the retail sector\n\tUnderstanding of retail systems and business processes.\n\tAffinity for information and systems technology\n\tGood IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira) and an independent working style.\n\tTeamwork ability, commitment, and strong communication skills.\n\tWillingness to travel.\n\tGood English skills, both written and spoken.\n
