Additionally, it has a central Reward Operations team based in Bangalore and London that supports the Global Reward Processes._ _A) Financial: Provide data and logistical processes that enable the business to optimally handle salary, stock and bonus budgets which are multi-million-pound investments._ _b) Market Complexity: Engage Globally with HR BPs, Reward teams, Executive Reward, senior Line Managers, Diageo IS and HR Process Governance, People Data Governance_ _Drive/lead a process improvement and simplification agenda for Reward processes and technologies. Responsible for handling the daily operation of the team. Deputize for the Global Reward Operations Manager._ _Purpose of Role: The Global Reward Operations Analyst will handle and apply defined logic to operate the inflow of data and reporting outputs of the new Statistical modeling tool, to enable data-driven judgment and decisions relating to compensation processes._ **_Top Accountabilities:_** _Lead, operate and provide support for the compensation analysis and Statistical Modelling tool (including developing a basic understanding of factors influencing pay)_ _Customise and handle data flow into the system_ _Lead the Reporting features and share appropriate reports with the HR customers_ _Guide customers on the appropriate reports that can be used and help them interpret the reports_ _Provide appropriate training if required_ _Handle the governance of the tool used in Analysis_ _Partner with the vendor on tool implementation and maintenance_ _Align with company’s compensation strategy and follow reporting regulations_ _Skills, qualifications and experience required_ _• A good understanding of standard methodology HR processes & data._ _• Strong analytical/numerical and problem-solving skills._ _• Methodical, logical, organized and flexible approach to work._ _• High level of attention to detail._ _• Advanced MS Excel Skills_ _• Data and Process mapping skills and experience._ _• Experience of extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and balancing that data._ _• Excellent communication, influencing & customer leadership skills._ _• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritize own workload and take ownership of problems._ _• Good understanding of Statistical concepts such as regression etc._ _Work in close partnership with the Global Reward Operations Manager to further standardize processes and policies_ _Barriers to Success in Role_ _• Inability to work under tight schedules and pressure_ _• Inflexibility on role and responsibilities_ _•Ineffective planning and prioritization of activities (considering the breadth of the scope and the relatively limited resources we have)_ _• Lack of attention to detail_ _• Ineffective customer engagement and management of relationships_ _• Inability to transform analyses into value insights related to our business priorities_ _Flexible Working Options based on ops need, this role is Bangalore based and normal flexible working arrangements and policies will apply._ **Experience / skills required:** (TE to provide) **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
