Job Description

Junior Managers Program is a program designed to groom potential future management staffs who is able to contribute to the success of the company. This is an 18 to 24 months program which you will be assigned to different functions within the organization or complete requires assignments in your functional area which could include one assignment abroad. This will give you the breadth of experience and exposure to help you to move into management role in mid to long term within the assigned division.
