Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Your Background: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or IT) sets you up for successSpecialization: Experience in research and development is a plus and will help you shineCommunication Skills: You should be comfortable using English, both written and spoken—let your voice be heardExperience: Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to 4 years of experience, we want to hear from youLeadership Mindset: If you have a strategic approach and a passion for leading, you’re just the person we’re looking forInnovative Thinker: Bring your creativity and eagerness to learn—your ideas matterIndependent Spirit: We value individuals who can take initiative and work well on their own
