Role summary

Your role
Together with your team you will work on projects to identify bottlenecks in our factory and machine processes.
A great example is the continuous improvement project of our CAM environment, the software of our CNC always needs maintenance, testing and new implementation.
Brainstorming, doing research and proposing technical solutions is part of your job
You will collaborate on project plans, execute it, implement the solutions found and follow up with evaluations.
You will deliver the necessary documentation for your project
Visiting other Flowserve factories or technical business fairs to stay up-to-date of new developments and innovations is something you like to do
Your profile
You hold a MSc of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related Technical field of study
0-2 years demonstrable and relevant work experience (or as an intern or traineeship)
Knowledge about CAD/CAM and CNC milling and turning will give you a jump start.
You love to work on long-term strategic Continuous Improvement Projects as well on short term quick wins
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
You can work independently, you can adapt to new situations, able to multitask
You have a flexible mindset and you’re a strong communicator.
