The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer, under the supervision of the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer, will perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs to all systems categorized as Hull, Mechanical, Electrical(HME), and Hydraulic. The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer reports to the Boat Captain while underway. All duties and responsibilities will be performed by the Business Intelligence Analyst per the Core Values of Cayuse.
Responsibilities The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will report all discrepancies to the Senior Marine Mechanic/EngineerThe Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will be qualified to fill the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer position for Underway Mission Support, in the absence of the Senior Marine Mechanic/EngineerOther duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
US Coast Guard (USCG) Wiper licenseMust pass a pre-employment drug checkSecret Clearance required.Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
