Junior Master Data Analyst - Temporary

Your mission: As a Junior Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the roll-out of the new operating model for Distributor Fees and the implementation of SAP PIRT. This includes creating and maintaining new pricing conditions, aligning with the transition plan, and performing key activities necessary for a successful Go-Live of SAP PIRT. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data and processes during this critical transition. Please note this is a temporary position with a duration of 1 year. Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Updating and maintaining distributors' pricing conditions in the system to align with the new operating model. Executing controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of distributor fee data. Collaborating with Sales, the Vitoria Capability Center, Control teams, and the SAP PIRT Project Team to define and implement transition plans. Preparing and delivering reports to stakeholders to provide updates on progress and status. Adapting existing processes and templates to the new Distribution Fee/Discounts Model. Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in collaboration with internal teams. Supporting the successful Go-Live of SAP PIRT by ensuring all relevant data and processes are prepared. Contributing to process improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify tasks and enhance efficiency. Qualifications What will you need to succeed? At least 1 year of experience in a similar analytical role. Basic knowledge of sales processes, systems, and their interrelations. Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, with proven expertise in Excel. An analytical mindset with good planning, time management, and teamwork skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English Demonstrated tech-savviness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and systems.
