* Coordinate and communicate effectively with Operation department in order to ensure maintenance activities meet on going needs.
* Liaise with other related disciplines and co-ordinate work with them.
* Perform field verification on the equipment in the field to make sure that they are maintained and protected as per the project procedures and vendor manual.
* Provide maintenance technical direction and task priority for the work execution.
* Produce reports and provide management with summary and analysis to identify trends and gaps in the maintenance process
* Work with Maintenance Manager, operation, co-team and suppliers to resolve technical issues and provide technical assistance to Subcontractor and supervision to implement remedial action.
* Provide input to track and report on weekly maintenance activities to Project Management, and monitoring work performance compared to project budget and schedule.
*Ensure database applications, including INFOR, and CMMS are populated with all data necessary to administer maintenance program.
