As a System Administrator, you will directly impact how Infobip offices run technology-wise. We are currently looking for two new colleagues, a junior and a medior profile!

What will you do at Infobip?

You will provide user support for office IT infrastructure, workstations, and user related applications to all Infobip employees.

You will try to understand computer systems and its components to be able to tell the advantages and disadvantages of different models and recommend the right one for certain purposes.

You will do researching, testing and implementation of IT systems and technologies.

You will be applying new technologies to improve or replace existing systems.

You will be contributing to brainstorming sessions with suggestions on how to improve different services or processes.

You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will proactively share knowledge and help your colleagues, making time to support them.


More about you (qualifications):

You are an IT technician looking to develop in an international company.

You have knowledge in troubleshooting Windows, MacOS or Linux operating systems and MS Office 365 cloud services.

You have computer hardware and software diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

You are familiar with mass OS deployment systems such as Windows Deployment Services or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit for Windows.

You understand network protocols and internet communication concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols.

You have worked with end users directly or remotely.

You can effectively communicate with stakeholders in the English language.

You wish to work on larger projects and in larger teams.

You have a focus on user satisfaction and experience.

You can identify critical activities and assignments and adjust priorities when appropriate.

You have the ability to rapidly adapt and work in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
