Currently we are looking for a Junior/Mid Vendor Compliance Analyst, who will join International Legal/Sourcing Team.
What you will be doing Onboard new vendors including initial due diligence and risk assessmentsMaintain and update vendor records and assisting with the vendor management solution and vendor onboarding processCompletes periodic vendor due diligence and risk assessmentsAssist with ongoing vendor oversight, such as the re-credentialing of existing vendors, including ensuring data integrityParticipates in vendor scorecard processAssist with exception requests Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both business stakeholders and vendorsParticipate in reviewing work processes with Sourcing management What will make you successful Engish language min. B2Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the jobExperience or familiarity with administrative processes, vendor or contractor performance reviews, and/or complianceGood critical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsGood collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areasSharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitudeGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentGood ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidanceGood ability to operate at the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and forthrightnessGood ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologiesMicrosoft Office proficientOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
