Junior Motion Designer / Video Editor

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As part of our dynamic, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and editing of engaging motion graphics and videos for various projects; and you will work closely with the senior motion designers and video editors to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality visual content.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute motion graphics and video concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.Assist in the creation of visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.Edit raw footage and assemble video content to create compelling and engaging videos.Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience.Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video content.Maintain organized file management and adhere to established naming conventions.Assist in the maintenance and organization of video assets and project files.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing work is highly preferred.Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles.Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.Basic understanding of audio editing and mixingFluent English level.
