Monthly control and coordination of payroll results for GermanySupport of the team with technically relevant settings in e.g. Service NowResponsibility for communication with ADP and the management of service requestsProvision of information for relevant stakeholders in accordance with company agreementsManagement of a 5-person team in the daily work processes of the payroll administratorsContinue to set up a knowledge database for the German payroll teamPreparation and provision of payroll-relevant data for local authorities such as the Integration Office, Federal Statistical Office,Support with SOX controls and internal and external audits
