Department: MIS Position: Junior Network Operations Engineer Location: ISB - Corporate HQT Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Provide technical support at all designated airblue offices.
Attend IT complaints including hardware, software and network support.
Carry out any additional task assigned by line manager.
Coordination with third party service providers to rectify problems.
To manage and coordinate with supervisor/line manager the activities and operations related to airblue IT Operations.
Comply and execute the standardization of IT operations infrastructure.
Manage software inventory
Perform end-user data backup and restoration service
Propose system improvements according to the requirements and available resources.
Coordinate with Core Networks and Systems to rectify any related problem
On job training of junior engineers/technicians.
Carry out any additional task as assigned by Line Manager
  Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: Less than 1 year Required Skills: Bachelors degree with IT experience
Possess 1-2 years of experience in similar domain
