Network Operations Team in Bulgaria was established in late 2011 , since then the team is providing support for various type of customers. From automotive to big government agencies demonstrating a wide range of technical expertise and adaptability. Proactive approach and deep understanding of diverse industries allow the team to anticipate issues, optimize performance, and contribute significantly to the overall success of our clients worldwide.
As a Junior Network Security Support Engineer you could work from any place in Bulgaria, would have the opportunity to collaborate with top engineers and enhance your skills.
Daily challenges
Maintaining and supporting a variety of Network and Security equipment
Categorizing and prioritizing the Incident to work on it quickly and efficiently
Defining an action plan for diagnosis and troubleshooting Incidents with the aim of restoring normal service
Efficiently using the technical scripts, diagnostic tools, and a known error database
Communicating with the customer on a professional level, cooperating with team members, other support teams, and 3rd party providers
Working on a shift in 24/7 coverage rotation - 12 hours shifts
eXperience and skills required
High school diploma preferably in Telecommunication or equivalent
Understanding of basic network concepts - OSI Reference Model, TCP/IP protocols, IP Addressing, IPv4 Address Types, Variable Length Subnet Masks (VLSMs) and subnetting, Network Address Translation (NAT)
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes
Highly adaptable with the ability to work in dynamic international and multicultural environments
Strong communication skills
Fluent English
What we will consider as an advantage:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience
Experience with Cisco and HP/Aruba network technologies
Experience with Network Security Technologies (Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco)
Experience with Wireless Network Technologies (Cisco, Aruba)
