This role involves identifying and reporting incidents, supporting routine operational tasks, and collaborating with senior engineers to ensure service reliability. With hands-on exposure to Azure and AWS environments, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills in a dynamic, cloud-focused environment. The ITOps team deploys and maintains systems, hardware, software, and technology for all business units. **Key Responsibilities** + Monitor cloud systems and infrastructure using dashboards and alerting tools. + Identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution. + Assist in documenting and tracking incidents to ensure timely follow-up. + Respond to alerts, verify system statuses, and document findings. + Provide feedback on alert configurations to reduce noise and improve accuracy. + Assist with basic operational tasks across Azure and AWS environments. + Perform routine system checks to ensure availability and reliability. + Work closely with senior engineers to learn and assist in resolving technical issues. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving operational processes. + Maintain and update runbooks and operational guidelines for common tasks. + Stay updated on emerging technologies and operational best practice. **Required Skills and Experience** + Basic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS. + Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems (e.g., New Relic, CloudWatch). + Ability to identify and document system issues with accuracy. + Basic troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving common technical problems. + Exposure to scripting tools like PowerShell or Python is a plus. + Interest in learning automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts. + Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and coordinate with team members. + A proactive and collaborative mindset to work in a team-oriented environment. + 0-2 years of experience in IT operations or related fields (preferred). + Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). **The guiding principles for success at Norstella:** 01: Bold, Passionate, Mission-First We have a lofty mission to Smooth Access to Life Saving Therapies and we will get there by being bold and passionate about the mission and our clients.
