Junior Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in welcoming and integrating small and medium-sized enterprises into our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with SME clients to understand their needs, facilitate a smooth onboarding process, and ensure their successful transition into our business ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, new merchants and partners Handle merchant and partner change requests post-onboarding is completed Ensuring data is correctly entered into the onboarding system Handle cases in a timely manner Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues between the business and new merchants and partners. Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience. Identify areas of process improvement/gaps in the system and escalate accordinglyRequirements:
Eagerness to learn Focused on customer service delivery and team collaboration Strong customer relationship/interaction skills Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills Detail oriented Being able to handle large volumes of requests and able to prioritize effectively Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or legal would be considered an asset Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms. 2-3 years in a service-oriented role Spanish language speaking is a plus
