MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Junior Operations Analyst (fixed-term)We will count on you to:
Register suppliers in the database in accordance with the company's internal standards.
Create and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for purchase orders.
Identify potential suppliers who can fulfill requisition requirements and collaborate with the sourcing team to select the most preferred supplier.
Process and check invoices and other documents as part of the IProcurement process.
Nurture stakeholder relationships by serving as a business partner, helping identify critical business requirements, and providing sourcing and procurement services that meet expectations.
Address any delays or issues that may arise during the procurement process.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity for process improvements and procedures
What you need to have:
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal English skills (internally, with client stakeholders, and the supplier community)
Ability to summarize information and follow a process based on documented guidelines, specifically purchasing processes
Strong team player skills
What makes you stand out:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of accounting concepts and cost classification and recording principles will be an asset
Additional language skills
Knowledge of Jira/ Service now platform
