As_ **_Junior Operations Manager VIE_** _in our Global Immunology Franchise Strategy & Operations team, you’ll be working on operations related topics that are important for the day-to-day operations of the Global Immunology Franchise. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world._ **Main responsibilities:** + Work closely with the Head of Strategy & Operations, Global Brand Teams and other core-functions on project related and communication related topics. + Internal stakeholder management of the Global Immunology Franchise and Specialty Care GBU Head office. + Franchise Communication (support Head of Strategy and Operations to coordinate investor relations material development in partnership with subject matter experts, coordinate executive communication, maintain and manage Global Immunology Distribution List and similar). + Global Franchise-led events management (lead event planning for the global franchise, support planning of quarterly global immunology townhall meetings, working with internal event management partners, and key meetings that involves global teams & affiliates). + Support ad hoc strategy and operations projects and initiatives. **About you** **Experience:** + At least 1 year of previous full time working experience in a Project Management, marketing or operations role. + Previous experience within pharmaceutical industry would be a plus. **Technical and soft skills:** + Strong Project Management skills. + Proficient in MS-Office and easiness to learn to manage new tools. + Organized, detail and goal oriented, multi-tasking, proactive, adaptable, communicative, self-sufficient, driven, with analytical mindset. + Comfortable communicating via email/Zoom/Teams/video. + Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments where priorities and deadlines may change unexpectedly, and to work with cross-functional teams and people from different seniority levels. **Education:** + Master’s Degree (in business, management, or another relevant field). **Languages:** + Fluency in English. **Why choose us?** iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
