Type of Work: Hybrid (1 day in the office/month)
What you’ll do:\nHandle customer cases ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. \nManage document collection, verification, and update our internal database. \nConduct initial assessments of claims and submit them to the airlines.\nVerify airline responses in customer cases.\nSend payment reminders to airlines for approved cases.\nEstablish and maintain good relationships with airlines.\nTackle ambitious targets with confidence, challenging yourself to excel while ensuring quality and efficiency.\n
