What you’ll do:\nBe the friendly and helpful voice of AirHelp — supporting customers throughout their claim journey via email, chat, and social media. \n Use the training we provide to confidently assess claims, answer questions, and apply legal knowledge to help customers.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nConfidently hit targets while pushing yourself to keep quality and efficiency high.\n\n

\n\nFluency in English, Arabic and French.\nEagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service — no experience required.\nGenuine willingness to help people and go the extra mile for them.\nStrong adherence to procedures with a keen eye for detail.\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while staying organized and prioritizing tasks efficiently.\nThe availability to work in a shift system (Monday - Sunday). (Only one morning shift per month requires office presence — otherwise, enjoy working from home!)\nMorning shift 8:00 - 16:00 \nEvening shift 16:00 - 24:00 (from home)\nNight shift 0:00 - 8:00 (from home)
