What you’ll do:\nAssist customers at every stage of our claim-handling process (assess claims, answer queries, and communicate in a timely, friendly manner via email, chat, and social media channels).\nUtilize your legal knowledge (we provide relevant training) to advise and assist air travelers.\n\n

\n\nFluent communication in English and German (both spoken and written, minimum C1 level).\nExperience working with targets (nice to have).\nEagerness to learn about the airline industry and customer service.\nSatisfaction from helping people and willingness to go the extra mile for them.\nYou enjoy following procedures with attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a shift system (24/7/365): morning shift 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, evening shift 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, night shift 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM.\n
