What you’ll do:

 

Review and process company expenses, including employee expense reports and vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and follow company guidelines Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices quickly Handle bank transactions Work with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions Communicate with vendors and respond to their inquiries promptly Assist with month-end tasks, such as monitoring expenses and analyzing differences Provide documents and information needed for audits.

You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess:

 

Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master in Accounting/Finance Proficiency in MS Office Accounts payable or general accounting experience in a current or relevant position will be considered as advantage Strong analytical skills Goal-oriented with the ability to remain focused and effective amidst challenges Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn Possesses a conscientious and proactive work ethic Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
