Junior Paid Media Specialist
Responsibilities What will you contribute? Finastra, a leading global Fintech company, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic and growing marketing hub in Bucharest. The Junior Paid Media Specialist will be part of the Performance Marketing team, supporting the planning, deployment and reporting of paid digital media campaigns for all Finastra’s lines of business. Responsibilities & Deliverables Support in building digital marketing plans by identifying the most suitable channels for each campaign. Translate stakeholder briefs into effective campaigns by coordinating paid digital media planning and execution either through hands-on implementation (LinkedIn Ads), agencies (search & programmatic) and other third-party vendors (content syndication & publishers). Deliver the Business Unit objectives to the agreed budget, and target personas. Suggest improvements to campaign creatives & landing pages to enhance digital performance. Create insightful and actionable campaign reports. Monitor competitor activity and propose next actions. Run A/B tests to uncover the best ad strategies, creatives & landing pages. Required Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentations. C1/C2 English proficiency – English will be used more frequently than Romanian on a daily basis. Maximum 1 years of work and/or student NGO experience, ideally in digital marketing roles. Keen eye for details and an analytical mind, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
